Ahhh, this was the year that the Olympics were on, we voted for our President for the next 4 years, Honey Boo Boo was a guilty pleasure, Katie and Tom broke up, 50 Shades of Grey and Magic Mike came out, Chick Fil A made a stupid mistake, Call Me Maybe was in all of our heads, and I learned a lot from pins on Pinterest and posted many pics on Instagram. Here are our highlights of the year!
Jan- our trip to Washington DC for social work conference, Scott went to Vegas for Chris' bachelor party
Feb- Scott got offered job at Texas State, Addy played soccer, Bachelorette weekend for Jamie
March- Chris and Jamie's wedding, Spring Break week in Austin looking for houses
April- Addy got her ears pierced (April 5), Easter weekend at the Gaylord, got offer on our house on B's birthday, Fun birthday day for Brady- at concert at Frisco Bar and then Rough Riders game
May- Matt's crawfish party, my bday at Nicola's, trip with Mom to Hilton Head, SC
June- Wimberley trip with Poppo, too, Addy learned how to really swim, we moved to Austin
July- Brady got a big boy bed, Bob Schneider for July 4th, Addy's trip to Galveston, first home in Austin that Betsy sold, Addy's multiple birthday parties, Padre trip with Slatons
August-Addy learned to ride a bike! AND lost her first tooth!, started going to Nutty Brown on Tuesdays, Lost Pines day with cousins, Jade moved in-first date night: Botticelli's, Scott and Addy start their new schools
Sept- Jamie's 40th birthday, started routine of football games on the weekends, school back in session
Oct- got to go to ACL last minute, Tessa's wine tour, first Halloween in Belterra
Nov- Slaton's fun visit to Austin, wineries, Wimberley; first Thanksgiving at Empire Ct. and first turkey baked in oven

Dec- Wimberley Trail of Lights, Day at the Farm and night at Chris', Christmas in Dallas, at the Slatons, and then to Galveston
2012 has been a great year for us! And it ended with a bang. Here's to a peaceful and awesome 2013!!
