Bob...what a great night!

Oh my...this was a night full of laughs and fun.  We started at the Barbershop in Dripping, came back to our houses and dropped off the cars and headed to Nutty Brown to see Bob play.  Our entire street went together...Mandy/Anthony, Tanya/George, Thalia/Mike, Wayne (he's like 76 and super awesome!), Melissa/Brent, and us.  We all danced and sang and once the show was over, we of course had to get our Bob pics.  We got a lot and then accidentally (I guess) ran the golf cart inside Nutty.  Yep, one of those nights.  Then Tanya and George decided to open Club 120 and we were joined by more neighbors for more dancing and good music.  Good good times.  :)

This is a pic of how far we got the golf cart into Nutty, pretty far, past the bathrooms and ATM.  That is the manager coming over to yell at us.  Only after we had just made friends with the owner.

This says it all!

The kids walking into church...we went to an amazing sermon on Saturday night.  It was so motivating and refreshing to hear (and even funny).

Tessa had a great shower on Saturday put on by her best buddies.

He said it all weekend if he wasn't getting his way on something. Too cute.  And nope, it wasn't Halloween, just a regular Saturday afternoon!

Best street ever!

Our street had a block party to welcome our new neighbors Mandy and Anthony Mistretta.  It was a BLAST!!

This is Brady putting on a show for us, he had all the ladies laughing so he just kept on going.  Can you see Millie at the bottom laughing?  It was funnier watching her laugh than at what he was doing.

Tanya  moved the party into her Club 120 garage after there were a few raindrops.  The kids LOVED playing the drums!

I mean, who has a street this cool where you have a live dance party with your kids in tow?  So fun!

Dripping Springs ISD Denim and Diamonds Gala

What a fun night!   It was thefirst annual Denim and Diamonds Gala, supporting our school district in Dripping and there were around 300 people there and we just had a blast.  They had a great band, a silent auction, a photo booth set up with props, an open bar, a good dinner, casino tables, and even a diamond give away.  Everyone was dressed from cocktail dresses to jeans and the setting was beautiful.  The only bummer of the night is I didn't see Kyle Chandler anywhere, but I did have this awesome hotty stud by my side!

I got to wear Nana's diamonds for the evening!  First time I ever "screwed" on earrrings in my life!

And I got outfits from Heidi and Lexie, they were so very sweet to dress me...and listen to me talk about it forever!

We're having a baby!!

Come on Gabe!!! We were all so very excited to meet our new nephew/cousin.  He took awhile to get here but glad he decided to come!

What I like about today

1. I burned 500 calories this morning.
2. I had the exact right amount of grocery bags at HEB today.
3. I "saved the day" for a friend of mine that was having a hard time getting her baby to stop being fussy.
4. Kiddos are back in school, so now it's time to be productive again.
5. It's awesome spring weather and nothing excites me more than a beautiful spring day!
6. I just ate really yummy ice cream...well there goes my 500 calories. Oops.

Spring Break 2013

It's been a great week with everyone off...here's a recap.

Mommo visited...went to a fun party...Addy went to Waterloo with Megan and came home with a pet snake...Scott and kiddos went to Galveston for a couple days...a bulldozer dug a giant hole in our backyard...awesome weather all week long...a lunch at Waterloo...an afternoon at Doc's backyard....SXSW...Uncle Matt came and visited one night...ladies card game night....saw Oz at Alamo Drafthouse...a nice lunch outside with Addy and a friend discussing being a good friend...the Austin rodeo (came home with a frog, tiger, bear and crocodile)...Yo Gabba Gabba for Bubba...and then back to Waterloo. :)
