A goodie

This weekend was great.  We did a lot!  Friday night Scotty and I went to Alamo Drafthouse for a date night and saw Life of Pi.  It was very pretty to see in 3D and very thought provoking.  Makes you think about your spirituality and we came home talking about it.  Before that all the kids were outside playing in the street, one of our favorite things to see.

Friday after school riding her bike

Wyatt stopped by for a ride!

Daddy was out having fun, too.
We are dorks and we were both wearing stripes

On Saturday morning, we had the big water accident of 2012 (well second big water accident.  The first is when Scotty flooded the bathroom on Mira Vista with the bath tub overflowing).  Addy spilled water on my laptop and all of the addressed Christmas cards...I am now writing from my new laptop!  It had been 34 days so I lucked out), Then I went to a baby shower for Erin Dusza, which was great fun, and then we all went to the Reese's for a fun afternoon bocce tournament party.  It was a good crowd and great food (and drinks too).  Then we changed clothes again (that is 3 outfit changes in one day!) and we went to Meridith Brewer's Christmas party in Circle C.  She did a great job at throwing a holiday party and it was good very nice.

This is so cool, this is in the Reese's backyard!

Their backyard is the best in the hood!
This is Meridith's playroom turned into bar for the party.

On Sunday we went to church and then we went to HEB and got some balloons.  We took all of Brady's boppies and tied them to the balloons and then we went outside and released them into the air.  We said bye bye to the boppies for good.  Now if we could only get him potty trained....

You can see the fear in his face, having to let those boppies go.

                                                                    See ya boppies!
